Talent

Talent is the key input and multiplier for our success. Attracting and supporting talent is at the heart of everything we do. Our community brings together a unique pool of expertise: over 4,000 high-tech professionals, more than 100 PhDs, and a large and growing group of students and young graduates. Through initiatives such as monthly network events, NL Space Week, Thesis and internship opportunities and NL Space Summer School, we provide a platform for talent to connect, grow, and thrive. The campus plays an essential role in the Space for Talent strategy, ensuring the sector has sufficient talent with the right skills and mindset to deliver on the Netherlands’ space ambitions. The One Space Hub offers a broad range of programmes and activities as a springboard for potential entrepreneurs and startups to turn bold ideas into successful commercial ventures.

By joining our community, you gain access to this vibrant network of skilled professionals, researchers, talent and future leaders. It’s a place where talent meets opportunity, where ideas turn into projects, and where the next generation of space innovation takes shape.

Shaping Tomorrow’s Talent

We offer a range of initiatives that support talent from the early school years through university and into the early stages of their careers. Through hands-on projects, workshops, challenges, internships and industry engagement, we connect learners with the organisations and experts shaping the Dutch and European space sector. Our programmes make expertise accessible, create pathways to real career opportunities and equip emerging talent with the skills and network they need to grow.

By collaborating closely with partners in education, research and industry, NL Space Campus strengthens the talent pipeline that drives our ecosystem and helps curiosity develop into meaningful careers in space.
