Talent is the driving force behind innovation, and attracting talent is crucial: especially so when launching rockets into space or leveraging complex space data to solve societal challenges.
Our community consists of a large talent pool with over 3000 high tech professionals, 100+ PHDs and over 100 young graduates. We attract these talents and help them navigate and connect to the space industry through our community programming such as: monthly network events, Summer school, a yearly NL Space Week and Curiosity Series jointly organised with ESA ESTEC.

Our community includes numerous space companies that are always looking for new talent. If you’re a student:
You can take part in the LDE NL Space Campus Summerschool. Here you’ll work on real life space projects with likeminded people, visit various space companies to build your network within the space sector, and learn about job opportunities!
Of course, you are more than welcome! The purpose of our events is to connect the curious, including you. Especially our monthly NL Space Campus Network & Drinks, on every last Thursday of the month, is a mixture of like-minded people from all walks of life: from students to entrepreneurs to partners like ESA ESTEC, Netherlands Space Office (NSO) and SpaceNed.
