ABOUT US

Space Business Innovation Centre (SBIC) Noordwijk supports entrepreneurs that want to launch or improve a product or service that makes use of space technology. We give them access to an international network, tools, knowledge and finance. One of the most important tasks of SBIC is managing the European Space Agency’s business incubation programme in the Netherlands, ESA BIC Noordwijk. Next to that, we manage several programmes and, on a project basis, we often work with other space related efforts, like the NL Space Campus or helping entrepreneurs from abroad set up their space business in the Netherlands.

NL Space Campus stimulates cooperation and opportunities for innovation and development of space technology in the space industry in the Netherlands. A young foundation with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment, we spend a lot of time networking, connecting and strengthening the Dutch space industry. The campus is a connecting platform for the space ecosystem that stimulates and facilitates knowledge sharing and cooperation for more innovation, activity and societal impact. With ESA ESTEC and its thousands of space experts, the Galileo Reference Centre, Space Business Innovation Centre, many dozens of space technology & data companies and the strong cooperation with the Leiden-Delft-Erasmus universities, the campus is the beating heart of the space sector.
