On 7 October 2025, the Space Investor Community was launched by NL Space Campus, in collaboration with SBIC Noordwijk and KplusV. The launch took place during the Space Investor Event on campus, where ambitious companies in the space domain came together with leading investors. The aim of these initiatives is to accelerate innovation in the space sector by creating direct links between capital-seeking companies and relevant investors.
During the first Space Investor Event in 2024, initiated by Ali Najafbagy of 4Impact, it became clear that investors needed more opportunities to connect and exchange insights. To address this, a dedicated meeting was organised in the spring of 2025 to bring investors together, which sparked enthusiasm for continued collaboration. This led to the establishment of the Space Investor Community — a network where investors actively engage, share knowledge, and collaborate to drive innovation in the sector.
All participating investors have signed a Letter of Support, expressing their commitment to the community and to active participation.

To further strengthen collaboration and knowledge exchange, NL Space Campus will organise an exclusive investor-only event each year in the coming years. In addition, the annual Space Investor Event will continue to provide a platform where selected entrepreneurs can pitch to this network of investors, including companies from the ESA Business Incubation Centre network.
