ESA Phi-Lab Netherlands is launching a new format, Phi-Lab Expert Sessions, designed to support projects through focused, high-level exchange. These sessions bring together a small group of invited leading experts to address concrete technical and strategic challenges emerging from Phi-Lab activities.
The first session will support the Phi-Lab project, Dunedain Transients and will focus on satellite and debris detection within the broader context of Space Situational Awareness. Experts from academia, industry, and institutional stakeholders will meet at CometLab at NL Space Campus to examine current approaches, identify key bottlenecks, and explore actionable next steps.
With this format, ESA Phi-Lab NL aims to create a setting where rigorous discussion, cross-domain expertise, and practical relevance come together. Phi-Lab Expert Sessions reflect our approach to bridging research and commercial application, further strengthening the position of the Dutch space sector.
