Scope

NL Space Campus provides the opportunity to submit: 

• news items for editorial publication; and 

• event information for inclusion in the NL Space Campus events calendar. 

All submissions are subject to editorial review. Submission does not guarantee publication. 

Editorial Review and Discretion

NL Space Campus reserves the right to: 

• edit, shorten or format submitted material; 
• request clarification or revisions; 
• determine how and where content is published; 
• decline or remove content at its discretion.

Contributor Warranties

By submitting material, the contributor confirms that: 

• they are authorised to submit the content on behalf of the organisation concerned; 
• the submitted text is original, or they have obtained the necessary rights and permissions for publication; 
• any images, graphics, logos or other materials included may lawfully be published by NL Space Campus; 
• required image credits and acknowledgements are provided; 
• publication will not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality or other third party rights; 
• the material is not subject to embargo at the time of submission, unless an embargo date has been clearly indicated. 

The contributor remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of the submitted material. For event submissions, this includes ensuring that event dates, locations and registration details are accurate at the time of submission.

Licence to Publish

By submitting content, the contributor grants NL Space Campus a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide licence to: 

• publish, reproduce and display the material on its website, events calendar and related communication channels; 

• edit or adapt the material for formatting, clarity or consistency with editorial guidelines; 

• archive the material as part of its public communications. 

This licence is granted for communication and dissemination purposes only.

Liability and Indemnification

The contributor agrees to indemnify NL Space Campus against claims, damages or costs arising from breach of this Agreement or infringement of third party rights in the submitted material.

Removal

NL Space Campus reserves the right to remove content if legal concerns, factual inaccuracies or policy issues are identified after publication.

Acceptance

Submission of material through the NL Space Campus news or event submission form constitutes acceptance of this Publishing Agreement.
