Strengthening the Dutch space industry for young professionals and entrepreneurs

As NL Space Campus we are partnering up with SGAC and PLNT Leiden to collaborate and grow our communities to benefit all young professionals passionate about space (business) and to stimulate the entrepreneurial journey from pre-incubation to incubation up to SBIC Noordwijk. First off, we hosted a networking event together, which has been visited with over 60 entrepreneurs, students and young space professionals. By organising collaborative events, we reach out to the region to bridge gaps between communities, partners and businesses, to grow networks and opportunities for (future) space professionals.
The Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) is the largest young professional community of the United Nations and holds its own seat in the UN board. To strengthen our collaboration, we are proud to announce that we officially are partnering up with the SGAC through an MoU and actual events, where we focus on enhancing each other’s communities to offer more opportunities to Dutch students, young professionals and space entrepreneurs.
Together with PLNT Leiden we are partnering up in a project where we strengthen the journey from preincubation (PLNT venture academy) to incubation (ignition programme and ESA BIC). This way we stimulate business activity, innovation and entrepreneurship in the Dutch space industry. We do so together with the Aerospace Innovation Hub in Delft, InHolland, University Twente and last but certainly not least our successful Space Business Innovation Centre (SBIC) on NL Space Campus in Noordwijk. Soon more about this strong collaboration!
